課程目標
「敷地計畫」是透過對於基地的調查與分析來預測基地的潛力、並制定基地的未來的使用計畫及配置等之規劃過程。本課程的目的在於讓學生了解「敷地計畫」的基本意義、內容及操作，並期待學生在上完課後，具有處理大規模之景觀、建築群體的規劃設計能力。

課程概述
敷地計畫是在基地上規劃人為構造物及土地利用的學問，也是建築及都市規劃上最重要的知識。本課程由淺入深地研析各單元，剖析敷地計畫的學理，並有系統的運用實例解析基地規劃之操作。教學目標為：1.敷地計畫與環境規劃之學理。2.教導學生分析基地規劃方法。3.藉由案例分析促使學生瞭解理論與實務狀況，熟 悉敷地計畫之操作。 1. 敷築計畫之構成與內涵。2. 敷築計畫方法論3. 敷築計畫方析方法。4. 敷築計畫之應用。5. 敷築計畫實例專題討論。

The "Site Planning" is a planning process that predicts the potential of the base through the investigation and analysis of the base, and formulates the future use plan and configuration of the base. The purpose of this course is to let students understand the basic meaning, content and operation of the "Site Planning", and expect students to have the planning and design ability to deal with large-scale environmental landscapes and architectural groups after class.
