課程概述
本課程內容兼顧理論與實務,主要目的在瞭解水文學的重要性,探討大氣(氣候)、地面、地下以及河流、海灣、海洋的交互作用,彼此間的相互影響與涉及人類的利益。課程並講授水文學如何應用在環境規劃、環境調查,災害防治等務實工作上,亦介紹都市化所引起的水文環境變化,都市的氣象、環境、 防洪和排水等問題,內容並包括全球環境變遷對水文變異的影響。
The objective of this course is to emphasize the importance of hydrology based on theoretical understanding and practical experience. Interactions between water in the atmosphere (climate), ground surface, underground, river and stream, estuary, and ocean will be discussed along with human interests. Applications of hydrology in environmental planning and monitoring along with disaster prevention will also be studied. This course content also includes urbanization impact on hydrologic environment along with urban climate, environment, flood prevention, drainage problems. Dynamic changes in hydrology will also be assessed due to impact resulted from global climatic changes.
授課內容
水文學是地球科學的一支,其內容包含了地球上水與環境的發生、分佈、運動與特性關係。本課程之目的闡述水在自然界之循環過程,以現象描述與理論分析方式使同學瞭解水文學內涵及實際工程應用方法。
Hydrology is a branch of Earth Science. It encompasses the occurrence, distribution, movement, and properties of the waters of the earth and their environmental relations. The objective of this course is to introduce and explain the cyclical process in the nature of water, describe with the phenomenon that analyses with the theory that the way makes classmates understand that hydrology intension and actual project use the method in purpose of this course.
