教學目標

關懷與省思當代社會議題$具備科學素養與資訊應用的能力

教學目標內涵

氣候變遷環境議題,從溫室氣體衝擊評估、管制、減量變化甚鉅;國際間建構出永續與碳的管理辦法與機制,本課程實務性將碳相關議題整合,科學性探究碳排放與盤查機制、碳足跡過程、碳稅與交易等等。

課程概述

本課程主要依照說明國內外目前進行碳盤查的方法、機制、查驗的過程,並以ISO 14064-1、ISO 14064-2提供的盤查與稽核準則為核心,同時參考環境保護部規範,最後,藉由案例分享與討論,提供學生正確的盤查與稽核的概念。 This course mainly explains the current carbon inventory methods, mechanisms, and inspection processes at home and abroad, and takes the inventory and audit standards provided by ISO 14064-1 and ISO 14064-2 as the core. It also refers to the specifications of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Finally, by some case sharing and discussion, students will be provided with correct concepts of inspection and auditing.

授課內容

內容涵蓋機構自主碳盤查、ISO 14064-1、ISO 14064-2、專案碳盤查、法規詮釋、各排放範疇詮釋分類、排放係數。
The content covers the enterprise carbon footprint verification, ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-2, carbon verification project, interpretation of regulations, interpretation and classification of each emission category, and emission coefficients.
