課程目標

1. 理解中國舞藝術的基本要素:學習掌握中國舞藝術的基本技巧,包括「直、繃、軟、開」等動作要素,以及「力量、柔韌性、穩定性、協調和靈活性」等身體素養。 2. 掌握中國舞訓練的技巧:學習如何控制呼吸和身體的各種動作,並瞭解「提、沉、衝、靠、含、腆、移」等呼吸樣態的應用,以及「形、神、勁、律、圓、曲、擰、傾」等外形的體態塑造。 3. 融合東西方教學方式:結合東方戲曲與西方舞蹈的教學方式,幫助學生更深入地理解中國舞的表現技巧和舞姿美學,從而提升其舞藝水平和表演能力。

《中國舞技巧教學法》是一門旨在引導學生掌握中國舞藝術的基本技巧和表現方法的課程。透過多元豐富的教學方式,學生將深入瞭解中國舞的獨特魅力,並逐步培養自己的身體基本能力和表演技巧。另外,將服務學習融入課程中,與相關機構合作,共同規劃及安排活動,促進學生與社會的互動和交流。

課程目標
1. 瞭解中國舞的基本要素:學習掌握中國舞的基本技巧,包括「直、絞、軟、開」等動作要素,以及「力量、柔韌性、穩定性、協調和靈活性」等身體素養。
2. 掌握中國舞訓練的技巧:學習如何控制呼吸和身體的各種動作,並瞭解「提、沉、衝、靠、含、腆、移」等呼吸樣態的應用,以及「形、神、勁、律、圓、曲、擰、傾」等外形的體態塑造。
3. 融合東西方教學方式:結合東方戲曲與西方舞蹈的教學方式,幫助學生能更理解中國舞的表現技巧和舞姿美學,進而提升舞藝水平和表演能力。
4. 透過多元化的訓練內容和方式,提升學生在不同派別的中國舞蹈中的身體能力、學習成效,並深化對舞蹈技巧及知識的認知。

6. 透過「做中學」的教學方式,致力於讓學生在未來職場中充分展現所長,將學習到的技能和知識轉化為實際行動,成為專業領域的領導者和貢獻者。

Course Overview
The "Teaching Methodology of Chinese Dance Techniques" is a course designed to guide students in mastering the fundamental techniques and expressive methods of Chinese dance. Through diverse and enriching teaching approaches, students will gain a deep understanding of the unique charm of Chinese dance and gradually develop their basic physical abilities and performance skills. Additionally, the course integrates service learning by collaborating with relevant organizations to plan and arrange activities, fostering interaction and communication between students and society.

Course Objectives
1. Understand the Fundamental Elements of Chinese Dance: Learn and master the basic techniques of Chinese dance, including elements such as "straight, twisted, flexible, open" movements, and develop physical qualities such as "strength, flexibility, stability, coordination, and agility."
2. Master the Techniques of Chinese Dance Training: Learn how to control breathing and various body movements, and understand the application of breathing patterns such as "lifting, sinking, thrusting, leaning, containing, protruding, and shifting," as well as the shaping of body postures including "form, spirit, strength, rhythm, roundness, curve, twist, and tilt."
3. Integrate Eastern and Western Teaching Methods: Combine the teaching approaches of Eastern opera and Western dance to help students better understand the expressive techniques and aesthetic postures of Chinese dance, thereby enhancing their dance proficiency and performance abilities.
4. Enhance Students' Physical Abilities and Learning Outcomes in Various Schools of Chinese Dance: Through diversified training content and methods, deepen students' understanding of dance techniques and knowledge.
5. Organize Service-Related Activities: Encourage students to participate in service-related activities connected to the course, cultivating their ability to apply professional knowledge flexibly, enabling them to apply what they have learned in real-life scenarios and contribute to society.
6. Learning by Doing: Focus on enabling students to fully utilize their talents in future professional environments, transforming the skills and knowledge they have acquired into practical actions, and becoming leaders and contributors in their respective fields.

課堂規定(本課程只收輔系和雙主修)
1.缺曠課扣分標準,依照系上規定。
2.遲到時間寬容值10分鐘以內, 超過時間者一律以曠課論。
3.如需請假請依照學校規定辦理,未辦理者以曠課論。
4.服裝儀容的部分
  頭髮~女生請盤起,男生髮型不誇張即可。
  服裝~上衣以合身為主,褲子以舞蹈褲為主。穿軟鞋。
Classroom Rules (This course is open to minor and double major students only):
1.Attendance and absence deduction standards follow departmental regulations.
2.Tolerance for late arrival is within 10 minutes; those exceeding this time will be considered absent.
3.If you need to take leave, please follow the school's regulations. Failure to do so will be considered as an absence.
4.Regarding attire and appearance:
Hairstyles: Female students should tie their hair up, while male students' hairstyles should not be exaggerated.
Clothing: Tops should be fitted, and pants should be dance pants. Wear soft shoes.

利用課堂時間服務,每位同學服務 2小時。
利用課餘時間服務,每位同學服務 16 小時。
Integration of Service Learning:
Each student will provide 2 hours of service during class time and 16 hours of service during their free time.
