課程目標
藉由各種都市計畫、區域計畫、土地使用管制、容積移轉、都市更新等不同類型法規的探討，建立學生的法規基礎。

課程概述
To discuss various development regulation, which include urban planning, zoning, T. D. R. , urban renewal and regeneration ,etc. This course intends to introduce to students fundamental legal concepts.
授課內容
本課程為學年課，課程目的首在協助學習者瞭解規範相關都市及國土計畫之法令內容，針對國土計畫法、都市計畫法、都市更新條例、平均地權條例、土地徵收條例等相關之土地利用法規予以詳細介紹，就其立法基礎、條文內容與精神進行整合解析。
此外，透過此課程之修習，亦可作為參加高普考（地政類、都市計畫技術類）、專業證照（不動產估價師、都市計畫技師）與碩士班（地政、都市計畫等相關科系）等考試之基礎。
授課方式
講授過程除針對法條之內容與精神予以闡述外，亦將透過大法官會議解釋、法令判例與行政釋函等加以補充論述，並結合相關案例之介紹，誘發學習者之學習興趣。此外，課程中將針對相關考試之趨勢、重點題型與考古題進行解析，強化學習者對於都市計畫及國土計畫之問題分析與解題能力。
