課程目標
本課程是一系列設計課程的入門階段，授課內容是從設計的基本觀點出發，介紹設計形態的構成要素和空間創造作的表現手法，輔以循序漸進的練習，激發設計潛力，培養獨立分析、思考、創作的能力與習慣，為都市環境規劃與設計專業工作之基礎。

課程概述
二年級實習課程重點依據系務課程會議指示方向，冀以讓學生瞭解擬定(新訂或變更)都市計畫案之內容、流程進行規劃實習訓練。請各組老師選題以一個都市計畫細部計畫為範疇，讓學生予以操作；至於地區請老師自訂不設限本學年上下學期實習課程內容包含下列兩個重點：一、基地調查與分析。二、實質發展計畫研擬。三、國內外案例收集與分析四、課題分析、發展定位及策略研擬（應含SWOT分析）五、替選方案研擬與評估六、實質發展計畫研擬(訓練重點) 七、事業及財務計畫八、基地模型製作，細部空間規劃設計圖說製作。 Second year course focuses on practical basis for the Department of Finance curriculum conference in this direction in order to enable students to understand the development of Hebei (new or change) the contents of the case of urban planning, process planning training. Implementation Part V:Case Study 壹、授課目標本學期實習課目標，冀以讓學生瞭解擬定(新訂或變更)都市計畫案之內容、流程進行規劃實習訓練，實際教學方式，採自選區域劃定都市計畫，進而根據該區域之基地條件現況，進行都市計畫實作項目模擬貳、授課內容概述本都市計畫實習課程，預定模擬細部內容包括下列內容：一、研擬與選定計畫內容、動機目的與計畫流程圖二、基地調查與分析三、國內外案例收集與分析四、課題分析、發展定位及策略研擬五、替選方案研擬與評估六、實質發展計畫研擬七、事業及財務計畫八、基地模型製作，細部空間規劃設計圖說製作其中一~四項為上學期預定實習進度，五~八項為下學期預計實習進度藉由對自我的肯定及未來的期許，應用此一熱情及概念付諸於規劃行動～不論在資料的取得、分析、基本圖的判讀、實地調查及報告書、圖的撰寫編繪等各項實際練習應有獨立作業能力，更期藉由不斷的演練操作使學生對規劃工具應用（POWERPOINT、 ARC VIEW、Micro station及spss等）能有一定的操作經驗，課程的講授重點將置於空間分析的解構過程及不同規劃邏輯透視，務使同學深切地體認為誰規劃？為何規劃？並透過不同個案的模擬操作過程，除使同學充分了解規劃過程中團體合作的重要性外，亦透過交叉簡報方式使同學體驗空間規劃的多樣性與吸納不同聲音的包容性 To one's own affirmation and hope in the future, use this enthusiasm and concept to put into and take action in planning - Write every of compiling etc. is it should have independent homework ability to practise actually in what materials obtain , analyse , not basic interpretation , on-site inspection , report of picture , pursue, issue is it make between student and planning tool application to operate by constant drill (POWERPOINT, ARC VIEW, Micro station and spss ,etc.), can have certain operation experience, to is it put on what space analyse solving course of constructing and perspecting with planning logic especially to teach course, make sure classmate body think who plan profoundly? And operate the course through the simulation of different cases, besides making classmates fully understand that plan group's cooperative importance in the course, also the bulletin way makes classmates experience the forgiving of the sound different from receiving of variety of space planning through crossing 依據都市規劃流程及步驟，研擬都市計畫規劃內容。藉由實際案例之實務操作，引導學生學習完整之都市規劃過程與步驟，並從中習得應有之觀念及技巧。 The point of the course is to draft a plan according to the procedure of urban planning. Through the actual exercise type of training program, the students can learn the whole procedure of urban planning, and the concept and skill of urban planning. 依據都市規劃流程及步驟，研擬都市計畫規劃內容。藉由實際案例之實務操作，引導學生學習完整之都市規劃過程與步驟，並從中習得應有之觀念及技。藉由規劃區之蒐集資料與調查使學生瞭解地區特性，並探討規劃區之發展課題，提出解決之對策，進而提出規劃區整體發展構想，據以研擬土地使用計畫、道路系統計畫、公共設施計畫、及土地使用分區管制要點等內容。 The point of the course is to draft a plan according to the procedure of urban planning. 授課內容
環境規劃與設計（二）為市政暨環境規劃學系學生，踏入專業都市規劃實務領域之重要基礎實習課之一。本課程藉由實際案例之操作，讓學生了解擬定（新訂或變更）都市計畫案之內容以及完整之規劃程序，以完成主要計畫為範疇，並從中習得應有之規劃觀念及技術。以都市計畫之空間規模選擇，選擇適當之規劃基地（建議包含都市建成區、部分山坡地與水岸），進行規劃資訊之蒐集與分析，探討規劃地區之發展課題，提出解決之對策，進而提出規劃區之整體構想，據以研擬土地使用計畫、道路系統計畫、公共設施計畫以及土地使用分區管制要點等內容。
本課程分上下學期二部，上學期主要為練習規劃分析技術及工具，下學期則承續上學期所訓練之技術及工具，進一步習擬訂法定計計畫，學習目標敘述如下。
1. 上學期
讓學生了解都市規劃之程序與內容。
熟悉收集都市計畫所需之調查資料及二手資料之方法及技巧。
練習規劃分析技術及工具。
讓學生學習到基本規劃程序與技術。
練習將規劃理念落實到都市計畫區之技巧。
2. 下學期
加強上學期所教授之工具與技術。
讓學生增進團隊工作之合作能力。
讓學生學習應用電腦繪圖能力（AutoCAD或GIS）。
瞭解都市計畫主要法令規定與作業程序 。
擬訂法定計畫
授課方式
1.對於鄉鎮市區級整體發展規劃操作過程之各階段業內容，皆採用先授課、後實際操作、簡報講評與研討之教學模式。
2.分組：以5~6個人為一組之原則團隊作業，上下學期之小組成員以不變動為原則 。
3.上學期擇一鄉鎮市區做為研究範圍，進行分析及規劃，此規劃區位以台北市、新北市、基隆等地為範圍。基地之選擇以方便觀察及調查為原則。上下學期之研究範圍原則上不變動，下學期就原選定之研究範圍劃設規劃範圍擬訂都市計畫。
4.每位學生於學期開始，必須準備工作日誌，工作日誌之格式、設計不拘，但內容需包括每日的工作項目、進度、老師講評、回覆，以及各類的設計規劃發想概念圖。
5.每週進行小簡報，簡報前繳交告書 、簡報檔及工作日誌，老師講評後，各組就講評內容修正，修正版於次一週簡報前連同新的進度併繳交。
6.各小組在討論、團隊互動作業簡報及老師講評之過程須錄影音或攝， 剪輯後以多媒體影音檔的方式，於期中末隨報告書繳交。製作影音檔的目的在於訓練同學以多媒體技術傳達訊息之能力，實習課為背景自訂內容與主題，以敘述完整故事為原則來呈現。
7.期中及末簡報： 簡報各階段成果 ，繳交影音紀錄檔，並視情況 邀請非任課老師進行總評。
