課程概述

本課程專為地球及環境科學高年級學生設計的實習課程. 外業課程在暑期進行, 獲得的資料將在學期課程中處理. 選修這門課的同學必須熱衷外業調查, 儀器操作, 電腦軟體應用. 外業課程內容以自然地理, 聚落, 永續土地利用與景觀這四個主題作為核心議題. 選課同學可以針對其中一題, 選作報告主題. 室內課程則針為每一個題目先做文獻回顧, 再進行資料分析.
This course is designed for senior students in geosciences and environmental sciences who are willing to involve more intensive field work. Field works will be practiced in the coming summer vacation. Data obtained from field works wil be analysed in the class. Some lab and computation works will be assigned to students. Students who attends this course will be asked to familiar with process measurements, conducting questionairs, and computation. The following topics will be the core issues in this course: soils on hillslopes, river channels. beaches and coasts, the structure of settlements, land use and land use change.

授課內容

本課程主要講授野外實察技術，先在室內針對給定之主題進行資料收集、研究方法、調查方法設計等前置作業，再透過野外工作進行資料收集與調查，最後完成實察報告。
This course mainly teaches field observation techniques. First, preparatory work such as data collection, research methods, and investigation method design are carried out on a given topic in the classroom. Then, data collection and investigation are carried out through field work, and finally the field observation report is completed.
