使同學瞭解如何透過防衛動員的體制,整合軍民資源與功能,並充分運用全民資源,達成國家平戰結合的目標,從中培養同學愛國意識及全民國防的理念。 In order to enhance the sense of defense mobilization system ,the integration of military and civilian resources and functions, and make full use of national resources, to achieve the national goal of peacetime and wartime, which train students sense of patriotism and the concept of national defense.

中文科目名稱:全民國防教育軍事訓練–防衛動員 英文譯名:All-out Defense Education Military Training-Defense Mobilization 一、全民國防教育篇:主要在探討全民防衛動員的意義與功能,以及其組織架構與災害防救,並說明全民防衛動員對國家安全的重要性。 The National Defense Education articles: national defense mobilization mainly discussing the meaning and function, as well as its organizational structure and Disaster Prevention and Relief, and explain the importance of national defense mobilization of national security. 二、軍事訓練篇:主要在介紹災害防救.模擬演練,以及戰場急救.中暑防治與心肺復甦術等課程,藉以學習操作技能;另介紹青年服勤動員內涵,讓學生體會自己在全民防衛動員體系中扮演的角色。 The military training articles: Introducing Disaster Prevention and Relief major simulation exercises, and battlefield first aid and CPR heatstroke prevention courses, in order to learn skills; the other describes the mobilization of young black coat meaning, enable students to appreciate their own national defense mobilization. the system's role.

課程需求

要報告

期中報告:佔20%(個人報告10%,簡報內容10%每人都要上台報告(5-8分鐘),電子檔於各組報告前一週上課當日24時前繳交電子檔,電子檔遲交每人扣10分,電子檔回傳以PPT檔上傳,傳錯電子檔再扣5分)
(一)分組報告:以5-8人(班上人數平均)
(二)題目:
           (1)第1組:探討國軍執行災害防救作為。
           (2)第2組:探討我國防衛動員區分及軍事演習項目種類。
           (3)第3組:實作演練教學:說明熱傷害之種類與處置方式暨實作演練。            
           (4)第4組:實作演練教學:說明心肺復甦術暨哈姆立克法原由及演變暨實作演
                             練。
           (5)第5組:探討各國防衛動員機制及兵役制度薪資與我國之差異。
                (亞洲國家:中國、韓國、日本、新加坡、印度)
           (6)第6組:探討各國防衛動員機制及兵役制度薪資與我國之差異。
                (歐洲國家:瑞士、芬蘭、匈牙利、盧森堡、烏克蘭)
           (7)第7組:探討各國防衛動員機制及兵役制度薪資與我國之差異。
                (美洲國家:美國、巴哈馬、多明尼加共和國、加拿大、巴拿馬)

Mid-term report: 20% (10% for personal report, 10% for briefing content, each person must report on stage (5-8 minutes), 10 points will be deducted for late submission of electronic files)

                  and practical drill.
(5) Group 5: Discuss the differences between the defense mobilization
                  mechanism and emergency response of various countries and our
                  country. (Asian countries: China, Korea, Japan, Singapore,
                  Russia)
(6) Group 6: Discuss the differences between the defense mobilization
                  mechanism and emergency response of various countries and our
                  country. (European countries: Germany, UK, France, Netherlands,
                  Italy)
(7) Group 7: Discuss the differences between the defense mobilization
                  mechanism and emergency response of various countries and our
                  country. (American countries: United States, Panama, Bahamas,
                  Colombia, Canada)
(8) Group 8: Discuss the differences between the defense mobilization
                  mechanism and emergency response of various countries and our
                  country. (African countries: Egypt, South Africa, Central African
                  Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Spain)

依上課內容說明考試重點讓學生實施筆記,學生報告內容列入考試。

其他需求
一、上課請準時到課,避免曠課,上課後開始記遲到,20分鐘內算遲到,超過20分鐘未到
     課即算曠課,將扣除平時成績,遲到、請假及曠課扣分後報。
二、請假(病、事、生理假、防疫假、心理假、曠課累計)不得超過課程3分之1(即6週),
     12節(含)以上,超過請假時數成績以不合格計,請假於當週完成線上申請,逾時二
     週一律不准假以曠課實施扣分,事、病假、防疫假請於請假後二週內(含例假日)帶事、
     病、防疫假證明實施銷假!請各位同學注意(二週內沒有證明銷假者將退回線上請假,
     退回者一律不准假以曠課實施扣分)。
三、上課期間請避免吵鬧或小聲交談,以免影響教官上課,課堂吃東西喝飲料記得將垃圾帶
     走。
四、上課手機請關靜音或振動,如要接聽電話請舉手報告,到外接聽,但請長話短說,不要
     一聊就聊到下課。
五、課程:以分組期中報告、期末考、學習單、出缺勤及課程參與度為成績評量標準。
六、分組報告有繳交時限,請勿遲交,同學每位都要編組上台報告,未分組或報告時組員未
     報告者以零分計算。
七、上課不可穿著內衣(吊嘎、馬甲…請加罩衫)或拖鞋到課,請勿攜帶寵物。
八、上課嚴禁趴睡、嚴禁趴睡、嚴禁趴睡。
九、本科沒有補考,只有合格跟不合格。

1. Please come to class on time to avoid absenteeism. After class, you will be
   counted as late, and you will be late within 20 minutes.
2. Asking for leave (sickness, business, menstrual leave, anti-epidemic leave,
   cumulative absenteeism) shall not exceed 1/3 of the course (that is, 6
   weeks), and more than 12 sessions (inclusive). Complete the online
   application in one week, and no leave will be allowed for two weeks after
   the time limit. Points will be deducted for absenteeism. Please bring the
   certificate of accident, sickness, and epidemic prevention within two weeks
   (including holidays) after applying for leave to cancel the leave! Please pay
   attention to all students (those who do not prove the cancellation within two
   weeks will return to the online application for leave, and those who return
   will not be allowed to leave and will be deducted for absenteeism).
3. Please avoid noisy or whispered conversations during class, so as not to
   affect the instructor's class, remember to take away the garbage when
   eating and drinking in class.
4. Please turn off the mute or vibrate on your mobile phone in class. If you
   want to answer the phone, please raise your hand to report it, and answer it
   outside, but please keep the long story short, and don’t talk until the end of
   class.
5. Curriculum: The grades are evaluated based on group midterm reports, final
   exams, study sheets, absences and course participation.
6. There is a time limit for the submission of group reports. Please do not
   submit late. Each student must form a group to report on the stage. Those
   who are not grouped or the group members do not report during the report
   will be counted as zero points.
7. Do not wear underwear (diaoga, vest... Please add a blouse) or slippers to
   class, and do not bring pets.
8. It is strictly forbidden to sleep on the stomach in class, it is strictly forbidden

9. There is no make-up exam for the undergraduate course, only pass and fail.
