課程目標

一、增強建築系學生對於建築與永續都市環境議題的認識與興趣。 二、輔助學生對於建築實務導入綠建築設計手法運用之技術與能力；並配合設計實例之綠建築評核操作。

課程概述

「綠建築」與「生態社區」政策，已納入法令之管制且全面性實施，顯見政府對建築與永續都市政策之決心，及未來發展的主要趨勢。 本課程乃闡述建築與永續都市之相關觀念，介紹與解說較新版本之綠建築各項評估指標之內容暨相關設計對策；強化實作作業之演練，建立同學對綠建築與生態社區實務評估之基礎能力；期望同學於畢業進入業界後，能深思綠建築之設計內涵與綠建築與生態社區指標要求之落實，除了提昇自我之設計品質，更讓建築物之諸多使用者享有優良之環境品質。 The "green building" and "eco-community" policies have been incorporated into the control of the law and implemented in a comprehensive manner, demonstrating the government's determination to build and sustainable urban policies, and the main trends of future development. This course is to explain the relevant views of architecture and sustainable cities, to introduce and explain the content of the evaluation indicators of the newer version of the building and related design countermeasures; to strengthen the performance of the practical work, to build the classmates to evaluate the practice of building and ecological communities The basic ability of 力; I hope that after graduation and entering the industry, students will be able to ponder the design content of the building and the requirements of the building and ecological community indicators. 授課內容

從1970年代能源危機後，永續性已成為各界最重視的議題，進而關於生態、永續、綠能、節能等相關的研究開始快速發展。本課程將著重在全球永續性的思潮為背景介紹，並帶入生態城市、綠建築、綠建材等國內外相關規則與案例思考。
Since the energy crisis in the 1970s, sustainability has become the most important issue from all walks of life, and research on ecology, sustainability, green energy, and energy conservation has begun to develop rapidly. This course will focus on the global sustainability trend as a background introduction, and introduce relevant domestic and foreign rules and case thinking such as ecological cities, green buildings, and green building materials.

授課方式

本課程會以老師課堂授課與分組單元報告的方式進行，讓學生能了解國內外生態城市、綠建築、綠建材的制度比較與案例簡介。網路授課。
This course will be conducted in the form of teacher classroom lectures and group unit reports, so that students can understand the system comparison and case introduction of ecological cities, green buildings, and green building materials at home and abroad. Online teaching.
