1.在全球化發展下，國際社會互動頻繁，對國際安全事務及國家安全產生重大影響，培養學生認識國際重要的安全議題，培育宏觀的國際視野。 Due to the development of globalization, the international community frequently interact,and thus had made influence on international affairs and national security. The course is aimed for training students to understand important international security issues and developing macro international perspective. 2.使同學認識國際區域安全與兩岸情勢發展，及我國的因應之道，以提升憂患意識，強化全民國防共識。 In order to enhance the sense of urgency and strengthen national defense consensus. The course is desing to have students understand the international and regional security and the development of cross-strait situationand our response,

課程概述

中文科目名稱：全民國防教育軍事訓練–國際情勢英文譯名：All-out Defense Education Military Training-International Situations 1.主要介紹國際區域安全、亞太地區、兩岸情勢及國際重要安全議題等，輔以個案分析國際情勢和戰略情勢；並進一步說明在全球化浪潮下，我國因應之道。 Our focus is on international and regional security, the Asia-Pacific region, the cross-strait situation and major international security issues, etc. Supplemented by case to analysis the international situation and strategic situation; and as further explains in the tide of globalization, our response to the road. 2.以戰爭實例分析了解武裝衝突法源由，使學生理解國防與政治的關係，提升憂患意識，強化全民國防共識。 By war case study to analyse the source of the law of war,and enable students to understand the relationship between defense and politics in order to enhance the sense of strengthening national defense consensus.

授課內容

1.本課程之設計理念，為授課時先以「國防聚焦（案例或時事新聞）」引領學生進入章節主題；授課內容佐以「國防智庫（相關時事、小故事或歷史事件等）」融入課程，以強化知識性、生活學習；課後則結合章節主題，觀看相關影片，並讓學生撰寫學習單；另藉由「國防異言堂」之主題設計，使同學透過討論方式，更深入主題，期許學生均能掌握課程重點。
