課程概述

一、氣候變遷與人類活動 二、氣候變遷下之都市防災 三、隔震技術是防震救命良方 四、國外推動隔震消能技術成效 五、臺灣推動隔震消能技術成效 六、隔震建築打造無災城市

授課內容

本專題主要針對中華文化在環境規劃設計領域中的理論應用與實踐的討論。其目的在於引導學生在環境規劃專業上，探詢發展屬於本土地域性的哲學思想與倫理價值，特別是攸關專業倫理的引介與討論。一方面發展有本土環境規劃設計特色的中華文化思想外，另一方面亦著重於專業環境倫理的價值體系建立，引導學生認識在建築與都市設計專業中，對於社會所應擔負之責任與貢獻，並強調社會服務之價值與理念。
This topic is mainly aimed at the discussion of the theoretical application and practice of Chinese culture in the field of environmental planning and design. Its purpose is to guide students in the environmental planning profession, to explore the development of local philosophical thoughts and ethical values, especially the introduction and discussion of professional ethics. On the one hand, it develops the Chinese cultural thoughts with local environmental planning and design features, on the other hand, it also focuses on the establishment of the value system of professional environmental ethics, and guides students to understand the responsibility and contribution to society in the architectural and urban design professions. And emphasize the value and philosophy of social services.
