課程概述
本課程主要在培養同學分析企業在全球化下,所面對的挑戰與風險,如何抓住機會並策略運用以保持競爭優勢的能力,因此透過對國際金融環境的介紹,與國際金融工具的模擬實作 ,期望同學能對國際金融情勢與國際財務運作有一深刻的體會與認識。內容包括企業邁向全球化,國際收支與金融危機,國際貨幣制度的演進與改革,外匯市場,國際平價關係與匯率預測,外匯期貨合約, 交換合約,外匯選擇權合約交易曝險程度衡量與管理,營運曝險程度衡量與管理, 換算曝險程度的衡量與管理,海外融資等議題。

本課程內容包括:Part1 國際財務管理基礎1.全球化及多國籍企業2.國際貨幣制度3.國際收支4.全球公司治理, Part2 外匯市場,匯率與外匯衍生性商品5.外匯市場6.國際平價關係及匯率預測7.外匯期貨及選擇權,Part3 外匯率曝險及管理8.交易曝險管理9.經濟曝險管理10.換算曝險管理, Part4 全球金融市場與機構11.國際銀行業務與貨幣市場12.國際債券市場13.國際股票市場14.利率與貨幣交換15.國際化投資組合
This course introduces international corporate finance, the topics including is:multinational financial management: an overview,globalization and the multinational firm, international monetary system, balance of payments, corporate governance around the world, the market for foreign exchange,
international parity relationships and forecasting foreign exchange rates,
futures and options on foreign exchange, management of transaction exposure, management of economic exposure, management of translation exposure, international banking and money market, international bond markets, international equity markets, interest rate and currency SWAPS, international portfolio investment.
