課程概述

本課程將社會福利理論界定為「有助於增進社會福利的論述」，所以並不侷限於學術上正規的社會福利理論。社會問題的成因與該國的政治、經濟及社會環境有關，且因時因地而異一國的人民是否能快樂的生活，與經濟是否健康發展、政府財政狀況、政府及市場運作、公共事務的優先順序設定等面向息息相關，因此課程的核心也將圍繞於這些議題。 This course defines social welfare theory as 'discourse that contributes to enhancing social welfare,' and therefore it is not limited to academically formal social welfare theories. The causes of social problems are related to the politics, economy, and social environment of a country, and they vary depending on time and place. Whether the people of a country can lead happy lives is closely related to the sound development of the economy, the financial situation of the government, the functioning of the government and the market, and the setting of priorities in public affairs. Therefore, the core of the course will also revolve around these issues.
