課程概述

本課程介紹航空公司連結至旅行社之電腦訂位系統,從系統之沿革 功能到系統之上線使用為本課程之重點. 課程的設計除了熟知系統之內容熟練功能之使用,熟悉航空旅遊業之新聞閱讀也包含其中. 課程的重要主題如下 1. 了解航空資訊系統的角色 2. 航空資訊系統的功能 3. 目前航空資訊系統的作業方式 4. 航空資訊系統的行銷 5. 航空資訊系統的未來發展趨勢

授課內容

本課程介紹航空公司連結至旅行社之電腦訂位系統,從系統之沿革 功能到系統之上線使用為本課程之重點.  課程的設計除了熟知系統之內容熟練功能之使用,熟悉航空旅遊業之新聞閱讀也包含其中.  This class aims to introduce the computer reservation system which is linked from airlines to travel agencies.  The subjects of the class are the development and the functions of the system.  Students will have to learn to use this system in the computer.  In addition to the content of the system, reading the industry magazines, newletter and journal is focused.  

課程的重要主題如下The main subject of the course are as the following:
1. 了解航空旅遊定位系統的角色 (to know the role of CRS in the airlines business)
2. 航空定位系統的功能(to know the features and functions of airlines CRS)
3. 目前航空系統的作業方式(to know the current practice of airlines CRS)
4. 航空旅遊定位系統的行銷(to know the marketing approach in CRS)
5. 航空旅遊定位系統的未來發展趨勢(to know the future development of CRS)

課程需求

要報告

airport report with airline and city codes.
要考試
1.  final exam: city code, airport code and airline code
2. ABACUS certificate exam
其他需求
1.鼓勵學生課堂的參與和發言,如果上課有疑問,歡迎學生提出疑問Participation and discussion are encouraged in the class.
2. 為訓練服務業之敬業精神,請假必須事先請,遲到超過15分鐘視同缺席, 不假缺席一次或請假缺席三次視同棄修。Permission for absence has to apply ahead. 15 minutes late is deemed as no show. One time no how or absence 3 times are deemed as given up this class.
3. 為執行一分鐘環保運動,下課離開教室前,請將自己與別人的垃圾帶走,並清潔白板。
上課大哥大請關機。
上課不飲食說話聊天(No food, no mobile phone, no chatting, no trash in classroom.)
4. 請登記座位。Please register your seat in classroom.
2.嚴格要求學生的上課出席率。第一次上課不到視為棄修。業師授課6次中只能請假1次,如果有需要請假,請上課前上課輔系統請假。 Student’s attendance is essential.  The absence in the first class is deemd as given up the course. The absence application can be done via Curriculum Information System before the class.   Only one absence is allowed in Industry Teacher's classes .
3.為鼓勵研究生使用學校圖書館並借閱書籍,借閱關於觀光餐旅休閒管理類或研究方法書籍,請向老師登記,借閱一本加總分1分,最多加總分5分。Visiting library is specially encouraged in this class.  Borrowing books related to the tourism and methodology fields can get extra up to 5 points.
