課程目標

1.課程設計希望同學自學術理論瞭解環境影響評估制度發展之歷程及其中心思想。 2.自課程活動結合專業領域，實際模擬台灣環境影響評估程序。 3.熟悉環境調查方法及實習撰寫環境影響評估報告書，訓練即將步入社會投入就業市場之畢業班學生學習解決環境問題之能力。

課程概述

在高度開發的現代社會，自然環境急遽破壞，造成整體生態環境與生活品質之低落，位降低開發造成的環境衝擊，美國帥限制定環境影響評估制度，其能降低不盪開發造成之負面影響。該制度已實施半世紀，課程設計希望同學自學術理論瞭解環境影響評估制度發展之歷程及其中心思想。自課程活動結合專業領域，實際模擬台灣環境影響評估程序，並使學生熟悉生態調查之應用方法及實習撰寫環境影響評估報告書，訓練即將步入社會投入就業市場之畢業班學生學習解決環境問題之能力。
Environmental impact assessment is an activity designed to identify and predict the impact on the biogeophysical environment and on human’s health and well-being of developing projects, and to interpret and communicate information about the impacts. This course is designed for senior students because it needs broad environmental
knowledge and the concept of techniques. Both theory and practical training will be taken in the class. The following is the contents of course.
1)Introduction of history.
2)The process of environmental impact assessment in Taiwan.
3)The general methodology include check-list, matrix, networks, ad hock method, and etc.
4)Assessing method for air quality, water quality, biological environment, and social-economic impacts.
5)Practical training. Complete final environmental impact assessment report and the presentation.
From this course, I expect students can learn the core spirit of environmental impact assessment and express whatever they have learn in the university.

授課內容

本課程重點在於教導學生環境影響評估的立法精神、專業技術、法規及作業程序，學習運用相關工具與方法進行環境影響評估之實務模擬、報告撰寫，並且透過分組的方式審查的方式，學習環境影響評估審查與追蹤審查。
