課程概述
本課程主要探討多元智能理論的內涵,及其在課程和評量的應用方式,進而推展創意教學。1983 年Howard Gardner 提出「多元智能理論」,主張智能是一種解決問題或創造社會文化所重視的產品的能力。正常的人都具有多種智能,而且大多數人的智能都能發展到適當的水準,只是強弱程度不同。智能是可以教導和提昇的。多元智能理論提出以來,已經被許多國家應用在學校教育中課程或評量的革新,與創意教學的發展上。
本課程設計之內容,其教學目標包括:闡述多元智能理論的內涵,使學生能理解其理論及主張的教育理念;分別探討多能智能理論在課程、教學與評量的應用,使學生能學習其實務設計;根據上述探討所得,啟發學生創意,能建構以多元智能導向課程或評量的創新架構,以及發展創意教學;提出多元智能理論目前的限制和不足之處,供學生能在實務應用時作參考。

This course explores the content of the multiple intelligences theory, and the application for instructional curriculum or assessment innovation and creative teaching. Howard Gardner produced the theory of MI in 1983. He indicated that the intelligences are the abilities of problem solving or creating the social culture valued products. People have many types of intelligence and the most of peoples’ intelligences can development appropriately. The intelligences can be instructed and improved. The MI theory has been applied to curriculum or assessment innovation and creative teaching development in many countries.
The course content design and the objectives will be as follows, first of all, it discusses the content of MI theory then makes sure students can understand MI and its ideas of education; secondarily, it explores the applications for the innovation instructional curriculum or assessment and the development of creative teaching; then it helps students being able to construct the frame of MI approach curriculum or assessment innovatively and develop creative teaching; finally, it criticizes the MI theory for its limits and provides students as the practical knowledge base for the implementation in the education.

本課程在介紹多元智能理論及其在教學創新的應用。主要目的有:
一、說明多元智能理論的內容及特色。
二、闡述創意教學的不同方式與途徑。
三、使學生能應用多元智能於創意教學。
This course introduces Multiple Intelligence theory and its implements on innovative teaching. The purpose of the course are: (1)To explain the content and feature of MI theory; (2)To illuminate approaches of innovative teaching; (3)To imply MI into innovative teaching.

一、就上課用書撰寫讀書報告。
二、運用多元智能理論設計創意教案。
三、運用多元智能理論進行創意教學。
