課程概述

本課程探討員工訓練領域,例如:需求分析、學習理論、訓練轉移、訓練評估、訓練方法與生涯管理等。 The course base on employee training area, including training need analysis, learning theories, training transfer, training evaluation, training method and career management.

授課內容

本課程探討員工訓練領域,例如:需求分析、學習理論、訓練轉移、訓練評估、訓練方法與生涯管理等。另外包含熱門話題,例如TTQS、企業大學、職能、學習管理系統、知識管理與數位學習等均涵蓋其中,每一章節皆包括最新的學術研究與公司實務。

The course base on employee training area, including training need analysis, learning theories, training transfer, training evaluation, training method and career management. Also reflects the latest " hot topics" in the area of training. Some of the new topics disssused in this class are TTQS, corporate universities, competencies, learning management systems, knowledge management and e-learning. Each chapter contains the most recent academic research findings and company practices.

授課方式

課堂將包括講述、專家演講、小組討論、小組報告、團隊建立遊戲及個案研究等活動。

1. 期中報告(30%)

2.問答題為主,其他題型為輔。
