介紹有機化學的基本概念,使學生了解各類有機化合物的特性及其所能進行的反應與工業上的應用。希望在課程中讓同學瞭解並習得
1.基本有機分子之認識及命名。
2.有機分子的合成方法。
3.有機分子的檢驗、儀器的應用。
並且訓練學生達成本系要求之六大核心能力,包括
A. 具有應用數學、科學與化學工程知識之能力。
B. 具有資料搜集與實驗記錄,並予以陳述、分析及解釋之能力。

Course Description:
This course introduces the fundamental concepts of organic chemistry to help students understand the properties, reactions, and industrial applications of various organic compounds. The course is designed to equip students with the ability to comprehend and apply the following:
Recognition and nomenclature of basic organic molecules
Synthetic methods of organic compounds
Techniques for compound identification and the use of analytical instruments
In addition, the course aims to cultivate the six core competencies required by the department:
A. The ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and chemical engineering
B. The ability to collect data and maintain experimental records, and to present, analyze, and interpret results
C. The ability to model chemical engineering problems and apply systematic methods for design and integration
D. The ability to effectively present outcomes and pursue lifelong learning
E. A strong sense of engineering ethics and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
F. The ability to work in teams and demonstrate a broad, global perspective

Course Objective:
This course introduces the fundamental concepts of organic chemistry to help students understand the properties, reactions, and industrial applications of various classes of organic compounds. The course also aims to develop the six core competencies required by the department, including:
A. The ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and chemical engineering.

(一)教學目標:
介紹有機化學的基本概念,使學生了解各類有機化合物的特性及其所能進行的反應與在有機化學相關工業上的應用。教學內容涵蓋如下
1. 基本有機分子之認識及命名。
2. 有機分子的合成方法。
3. 有機分子的檢驗、儀器的應用及操作。
The objective of this course is to introduce the basic concepts of organic chemistry and to enable the students understanding the reaction characteristics and the industrial applications of various organic compounds.
