Professional Knowledge of International Labor Affairs . 本課程之課程目標如下: 1.說明勞工與勞工問題之定義,並闡述當代勞工問題。 2.說明個別勞工問題的範圍、內容、適用法令與相關問題,奠定日後學習相關課程之基礎。 3.提供未來勞工問題的發展趨勢,做為學生修習課程的參考。 The objects of the curriculum are as follow: 1. Define the definition of labor relations and explained related theories. 2. Explain the contents of the labor relations, in order to set up a base for following courses. 3. 課程概述

自從工業革命以來,人類工作的型態產生轉變,為謀求生存,形成勞、資、政三方的勞資關係,三方都有各自的角色與定位。其中勞工因為居於弱勢的地位,首先要解決面對的各種問題,才能夠獲得應有的社會地位,以及適當的生活水準。所以本課程將以說明當代勞工問題發生的原因、政策的思考與現有的法律保障,以及未來可能的後續發展方向,安排全學期的課程,希望奠定學生未來學習的厚實基礎。 Since industrial revolution started, the working patterns have tremendous change, in order to make a living, form an employee, employer and government tripartite relationship. each side has independent role and position. Because labor resides in the weak status, must solve all kind of problem which they first faces, than obtain the proper social position, as well as suitable level of living. Therefore this curriculum will explain the reason of present labor problem, the policy ponder and the existing legal safeguard, as well as the future possible following development direction. The entire curriculum arrangement in this semester, hoped that will establish the thick study foundation for the student in the future.

1.社會保障專業知識(Professional Knowledge of Social Security)。
2.勞動法令與政策專業知識(Professional Knowledge of Labor Legislation and Labor policy)。
3.國際勞動事務專業知識(Professional Knowledge of International Labor Affairs)。

1、說明勞工與勞工問題之定義,並闡述當代勞工問題。
I. Define the definition of labor relations and explained related theories.
2、說明個別勞工問題的範圍、內容、適用法令與相關問題,奠定日後學習相關課程之基礎。
II. Explain the contents of the labor relations, in order to set up a base for following courses.
3、提供未來勞工問題的發展趨勢,做為學生修習課程的參考。

概述Intrduction
   自從工業革命以來,人類工作的型態產生轉變,為謀求生存,形成勞、資、政三方的勞資關係,三方都有各自的角色與定位。其中勞工因為居於弱勢的地位,首先要解決面對的各種問題,才能夠獲得應有的社會地位,以及適當的生活水準。所以本課程將以說明當代勞工問題發生的原因、政策的思考與現有的法律保障,以及未來可能的後續發展方向,安排全學期的課程,希望奠定學生未來學習的厚實基礎。

授課方式

綜合採用課程講授、師生互動、勤惰考核、作業與製作筆記等方式提升學習績效。
    It will use class lecture, mutual communication, attendance rate, excises and take note to lift the learning efficiency.

評量方式

(一)勤惰考核、作業、筆記與師生互動各占10%,合計30%;期中考試成績占30%;期末考試成績占40%;總計100%。
I. Attendance rate, excises, take notes, and mutual communication, each for 10%;midterm test score for 30%,final test score for 40%, and the total will be 100%.
(二)無正當理由出勤時數不足,處以扣考;成績未達考核標準,依據本校(系、所)規定處理。
II.Anyone who does not attend the class without reason, should suspend the right of attend test: anyone who does not pass the examination, will be manage abide by school or department regulation.
